Good news! Many buildings have been removed from the Leicester City Council at risk register. We applaud the council for their good work on this. If you live or work in Leicester, you should be interested in this local plan. It will affect all of us for years to come. It covers housing, employment, transport and economic development.
The Government has published the long-awaited and much talked about White Paper called “Planning for the Future”. It contains proposals to reform the current planning rules for England, promising a “radical reform unlike anything we have seen since the Second World War”.
