Alderman Newton’s Trail
All Saints, Holy Bones, and St Mary de Castro
March 19 @ 10:30 am – 12:30 pm
We start off at All Saints Church, a Romanesque church with a leper’s squint. In the churchyard is the tabletop tomb of Alderman Gabriel Newton. We then look at Holy Bones where the Newton founded a school for poor boys because he had no heirs. We finish at St Mary de Castro
