Leicester History Trail PART ONE ‘Public Space’
March 29 @ 9:30 am – 12:00 pm
Discover more about the development of Leicester as we are guided around the city following the History Trail terracotta plaques originally installed 40 years ago by the Leicestershire & Rutland Society of Architects but now updated by them in 2024 taking into account the changes that have occurred since 1984.
A local RIBA Chartered Architect will guide visitors around the plaque locations seeing the city centre’s buildings both old and new.
Due to the quantity of plaques this guided walk has been split into three separate walks. Please book each part as a separate walk.
Led by Nils Feldmann, Chartered Architect.
Start at 9.30 am from outside Esquires Coffee Leicester, The Circle, 5 New Walk LE1 6RU
Finish at approximately 11.30 am.
