TOUR OF WIGSTON FRAMEWORK KNITTERS MUSEUM

Meet in the rear yard of the museum at 42-44 Bushloe End, Wigston, LE18 2BA
Join Bill Boulter for a tour of the Framework Knitters Museum consisting of a master hosier’s house of late 17C with a Victorian frame shop and garden. The frame shop is a unique time capsule more or less unchanged since the last master hosier died in 1952 and contains the original frames in their original positions with a more modern working example. There will be an opportunity to explore the garden.
